Information collected and purposes
The form collects your name, email address, enquiry type and message. Providing a company or project name is optional. We use this information to receive and respond to your enquiry, consider potential collaborations and manage related communications. We do not use submitted details for newsletters or unsolicited promotional messages.
Legal basis
Where you enquire about a potential collaboration, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing our activities (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), while taking account of the rights and reasonable expectations of those who contact us.
Service providers and international transfers
We use Netlify for website hosting and form processing; email communications use email service providers, including Google Workspace. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, subject to the applicable legal transfer mechanisms and safeguards for each service. You can request further information about those safeguards through our contact address.
Retention
We keep the data only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and manage related follow-up communications or activities. Once no longer required, it will be deleted, unless retention is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by contacting hello@fig3.agency. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) or another competent supervisory authority.
Required information and automated decisions
Fields marked as required are needed so that we can respond; other fields are optional. Submitting the form does not create a contractual obligation. We do not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on people who contact us.
Language and cookies
The homepage language may initially be selected using the country estimated by the hosting provider. When you choose a different language, a functional cookie is kept for 180 days to remember your preference. See Language and cookies for details.
